Authorsสาระสังเขป: The objectives of this study are to save energy and to reduce the cost of electricity for refrigeration system of industrial plant and medium sized commercial building. Among the 2 parts of this study, an energy audit and the measures for energy conservation were firstly conducted at the selected factory as case study. The result revealed that energy consumption was highest at 216.7 kW with load factor of 0.67 and average consumption of 1.3 kW/TR of energy per ton of refrigerant. An energy audit was also conducted for medium sized building and the result obtained indicated that energy consumption per month was 45,498 k Wh with load factor of 0.7 and 246 kW peak value. Energy consumption ratio of refrigeration and light systems were relatively 64.5 percent and 13.08 percent and the leftover 22.42 percent was consumed for other activities.สาระสังเขป: โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการประหยัดพลังงานและลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านไฟฟ้าในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมและอาคารขนาดกลาง โดยแบ่งการศึกษาเป็น 2 ส่วน. ส่วนแรกเป็นการจัดทำบัญชีพลังงาน (energy audit) และมาตรการประหยัดพลังงานสำหรับโรงงานที่ใช้เป็นกรณีศึกษา : พบว่ามีการใช้พลังไฟฟ้าสูงสุด 216.7 kW, การใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าต่อตันความเย็นเฉลี่ยน 1.3 kW/TR และการจัดทำบัญชีพลังงานในอาคารขนาดกลาง. พบว่ามีการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้ารวมเดือนละ 45,498 kWh, ตัวประกอบภาระเฉลี่ย 0.7 พลังไฟฟ้าสูดสุด 246 kW, การใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าต่อตันความเย็นเฉลี่ย 1.43 kW/TR, ค่า RTTV = 15/m2, ค่า OTTV = 53.1 W/m2. สัดส่วนการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าในระบบปรับอากาศ 64.5%, ระบบแสงสว่าง 13.08% และอื่น ๆ 22.42%.สาระสังเขป: ส่วนที่สองเป็นการศึกษาแนวทางและความเป็นไปได้ในการใช้ระบบเก็บความเย็นสำหรับการปรับอากาศในอาคารขนาดกลาง โดยทำการศึกษาทฤษฎีและหลักการทั่วไปของการออกแบบเก็บความเย็นเปรียบเทียบและประเมินความคุ้มทุนในการที่จะนำระบบเก็บความเย็นมาใช้แทนระบบแบบเดิม. - ผู้แต่ง
