The purpose is to study the papain activity and the demand of market, including the assessment of preliminary cost of production prepared by TISTR.สาระสังเขป: Laboratory result has indicated that papain powder possessing proteolytic activity of 30,000 unit/mg could be produced from papaya latex obtained from papaya fruitsin Ratchaburi and Samut Sakorn. The papain activity obtained was above that being traded in the world market.
