As a consequence of this the selling prices of menthol and dementholized oil estimated by the Thai Chemical Co. Ltd. have to depend on those of Brazil, which is the largest mint oil and menthol producer of the worldสาระสังเขป: However, it should be noted that the equation used for price checking as above has to be re-adjusted in accordance with the valuation of various factors, which form the equation, by taking into account the culture condition and production of mint oil and menthol in the country Authorสาระสังเขป: In case where the crude mint oil contains c.p. different from 19, its price can be more or less than 0.01059 (P - P )/1.284 baht/kg. for every c.p. that is more or less than 19. The pruchasing price for wilted mint plant, whose weight has rduced from the fresh mintสาระสังเขป: Normally, the prices of mint plant, oil and menthol relatively fluctuate in the same direction; this is because the mint plant serves as a raw material in producing mint oil, which after process, will form into crystal known as menthol. The three products, therefore, can be said to be closely related. ASRCT will check the purchasing price of mint oil proposed by the Thai Chemical Co. Ltd. which is the largest agent for the products in the country present.
